Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ak70 platform and all of its services. When you register on, access, or use the services in any way, you will automatically be considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using our services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register on ak70, all of the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• You must provide accurate and complete details including your name, email address, date of birth, and contact information.
• Each person may open only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ak70 may at any time request a government-issued identity document (national ID or passport) and proof of address for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

The following methods are supported for depositing funds into ak70: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits should be reflected in your account immediately. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. For fully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Any bonus balance in the account must meet the associated wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates will apply for transactions in foreign currencies.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

For new members, ak70 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus is applicable only once.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Bonuses not used within the designated time will be forfeited.
• While using a bonus, wagering may only apply to specific games or game categories.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly permit it.
• ak70 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and close accounts if evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found.
• Any winnings earned through a bonus are subject to the associated wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 VIP and Loyalty Program

ak70's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier. The more active a player is, the greater their opportunity to advance to a higher tier. ak70 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Using bots, automation software, or attempting to gain any technical advantage.
• Abusing bonus systems or engaging in collusion.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform for personal gain.
• Any attempt at money laundering or processing illegal funds.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above rules are violated, ak70 may suspend or permanently close the account without notice, forfeit any bonuses and winnings, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

ak70 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, ak70 will not be held liable in the following cases:

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If loss occurs due to server errors from third-party game providers.
• For any issues arising from your device or network.
• For any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of the Terms.
